• Domestic Shipping: Standard delivery within 3-7 business days; expedited options available
• International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination; customs duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility
• Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier
• Damaged Shipments: Inspect packages upon receipt; report damage within 48 hours

5. Warranty and Returns

Product Warranty

CABTON cables come with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects:

• Standard cables: 5-year warranty
• Premium and enterprise cables: Lifetime warranty
• Accessories: 2-year warranty

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging. A 15% restocking fee may apply. Custom and cut-to-length cables are non-returnable.

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, environmental factors, or normal wear and tear.

6. Limitation of Liability
